Our Story
The Story Behind Lakeview Farms
We came out of a straightforward observation: most agricultural land near Bangalore either sits unused after purchase or gets handed over to arrangements where the owner has no real visibility into what’s happening on their land.
The Denkanikottai location was chosen deliberately. The belt sits close enough to Hosur to benefit from the corridor’s growth, and far enough from the industrial fringe to remain genuinely agricultural. The presence of the natural lake on the boundary was a deciding factor — it shapes the microclimate, the views, and the long-term character of the plots.
The project launched in 2023 with a total area of 10 acres. The management team that runs Lakeview Farms also operates projects across the Bangalore–Hosur corridor — from Berigai near Sarjapur to Anekal and Thally — which means the systems, legal process, and on-ground operations are not being built from scratch for this project. They’re already running.

How We Manage Your Land at Lakeview
After you register your plot, the farm team takes over day-to-day operations. Here is what that looks like in practice:
On the ground
A field team and agriculture team are present on site. Electricity, fencing, irrigation, and common area maintenance are handled through a structured maintenance arrangement. Plot owners contribute toward community maintenance costs — covering labour, electricity, and upkeep.
Plantation
Each plot owner receives 34 saplings at the time of handover as a complimentary — including guava, mango, teak, amla, and other suitable species for this elevation and soil. The agriculture team guides spacing, care, and seasonal decisions.
Based on your goal:
If you want to farm it — the agriculture team assists with crop selection, soil preparation, and harvest cycles. If you want a weekend retreat or farm stay — guidance is available If you're holding it as agricultural land near a growing corridor — the team keeps the land maintained and active.
Owner updates:
You receive regular updates on your plot's condition. If you can't visit, the farm team is your eyes on the ground. Owners can visit at any time, on their own schedule, without prior arrangement.

Questions About Farmland
Q1. What documents do I get when I buy a plot at Lakeview Farms?
You receive a registered sale deed in your name, along with the patta, EC, and all supporting documents that establish clear agricultural title. Our team walks you through each document before registration so nothing is unclear.
Q2. How far is the Farms from Bangalore?
The farm is in Denkanikottai, 30 km from Hosur. Hosur is approximately 40–42 km from Bangalore via NH 44. From South Bangalore or Electronic City, you’re typically looking at around 60 to 90 mins depending on where you start and the time of day.
Q3. Do I need to be present for day-to-day farming activities?
No. The resident farm team handles routine operations — irrigation, maintenance, plantation upkeep. You decide how involved you want to be. Some owners visit regularly and work alongside the team. Others receive updates remotely and visit once a quarter. Both are workable.
Q4. What happens to my land if I'm not using it actively?
The team manages the land on its own schedule. Watering, upkeep, and plantation care don’t depend on how often you visit. Owners who come once a quarter find the farm in the same condition as those who visit every weekend — because the work happens either way.
Q5. Is Denkanikottai a good location for agricultural land right now?
Denkanikottai sits within the Krishnagiri District, which is seeing infrastructure development tied to Hosur’s industrial expansion. SIPCOT has announced a 3,000-acre industrial estate in the Shoolagiri–Denkanikottai belt. Agricultural land in this corridor has seen steady appreciation over the past decade. Denkanikottai itself remains green and less dense than Hosur town, which is what makes it relevant for farming as well as long-term land holding.
Your own farmland. Fresh air, open space, and a smarter investment.
